Shipping policy

PROCESSING
Orders are processed within one to three business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter processing the following business day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order leaves our facility.
DELIVERY TIMES
United Kingdom — two to five business days
Europe — three to five business days
United States and Canada — five to seven business days
Rest of world — five to ten business days
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout. Merithra is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at Support@merithra.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the affected item. Eligible cases will receive a replacement or store credit.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking has not updated within ten business days of dispatch, or your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact Support@merithra.com. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf within two business days. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier, but we will assist in resolution wherever possible.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your details carefully at checkout.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Method to Perfection and other digital products are delivered by email immediately following purchase. Digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
