Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on items purchased directly through www.merithra.com. Items purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned to the original point of sale.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Free from signs of wear, damage, or tampering
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Method to Perfection and other digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and are final sale. No refunds will be issued on digital products.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Where indicated, these items are not eligible for return.
PROCESS
To initiate a return, contact Support@merithra.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within two business days with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for selecting a trackable carrier. Merithra does not provide return labels. We recommend insuring the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within seven to ten business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Support@merithra.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and issue a full replacement or refund at your discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
Partial order cancellations are not available. Once an order has been placed and entered processing, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

We may update this policy at any time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
