Once an order is placed we can't change or cancel it, so check your address and items before you pay.

If tracking hasn't updated within ten working days of dispatch, or it says delivered and nothing arrived, email support@merithra.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier for you.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unopened, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and make-up can't be returned.
